hour lesson will include 30min of technique then 30mins of non-stop movement to get the heart rate going and to tone muscles. Suitable for both males and females and for all ages

BellyFit is a concept of Aerobic & Belly dance Moves, Dancing to Upbeat Arabic music, it adds an exotic touch to your exercise. Includes lots of hip shaking, great for toning your stomach,buttocks and thighs! This class is suitable for both men and women. Hannah focuses on Basic Belly dance combinations. No previous Belly dance experience required.
