| These classes are for strengthening, toning and building muscle; for improving Your balance and flexibility; and for general fitness and weight loss. Exercises are varied and include interval training for cardiovascular power and endurance, Capoeira-conditioning techniques for improving strength, balance and hand-to-eye co-ordination, and stretches to increase flexibility, reduce strains and injury and to release tension and the build up of toxins in the muscles. |
