Christmas NY break for the Loaded Hog: is now finsihed for 2008 it will be starting back on the 8th of Jan 2009.
Opening Night with DJ SLS, back in the Loaded Hog Djing, Thursdays will just get hotter! Totally Fun filled and hot! Drink and dance the night away every Thursday night at the (Mac's) AKA Loaded Hog.
• New DJ - DJ-SLS (Reuben - Danza Latina) is back at the Hog, playing the very best and newest Latin Music including - Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cha, Zouk, Reggaeton & Bachata.

Salsa Class (Linear salsa On1) Salsa Fundamentals. This is the most important level you will ever learn, its the foundation to linear salsa. It's worth repeating this level no matter what level you are, Improver, Intermediate or Advanced you can still improve your foundation.
Can I join this level?: It's highly recommended you have completed the beginners level before joining improvers. Remember if you find our intermediate a struggle, do this level as well to help. You will pick up more details 2nd or 3rd time round.

Salsa Class (Linear salsa On1) New Extra Salsa Fundamentals Level 2 & 3 now added into this new syllabus, also learn over a years worth of moves and combos in this level which is based on fundamentals that will take you to the Upper Intermediate. You can also join the Upper Intermediate once you have been in this level for more than a couple of Months. Note: Monday & Tuesday Intermediate are now seperate levels with different moves.
Can I join this level?: Join this level 'only' when you have completed the Danza Latina improvers level 2! Remember you can always repeat improvers as well as this class.

Upper intermediate is more complex than Intermediate. Learn the latest New moves and combos, footwork. Brand New Salsa combos every week. If you are an Intermediate level you may also do this level. However we recommend spending 2-6 Months in Intermediate (minimum) before fully transfering to this level.
Can I join this level?: Join this level only when you have completed the Danza Latina improvers level and spent some time in the intermediate level. You also must be fully able to do any improver level moves with ease. We wont hold back in this class.

What you will Learn: Advanced salsa routine "Salsa Sabrosa", performance tips, tricks, Mens styling, Ladies styling & perfect timing & allot more. Note: this is a performance course only, you will not be performing, but learning skills & experience of how to perform.

Take your salsa dancing to a new level! • Train with some of the best salsa dancers in New Zealand to perform or to learn about how to perform and learn a salsa routine. • Participants in this course may be invited to go through to join Salsa Sabrosa performance team after completion. • Some of the current Salsa Sabrosa team will also be assisting and participanting in this course.
Salsa Sabrosa Team Background Salsa Sabrosa is a performance salsa team, all training to perform in comps and performances, this was originally launched in 2007. Performers in this group come from various areas, a number of them are from Danza Latina Salsa & Latin Dance School. For the first time ever it competed and placed 2nd in the South Island Competition 2008. This team aims to go further in New Zealand. To join the Salsa Sabrosa team is 'invite only' and you will need to go through this performance course to join because you will be learning the same routine.
