Danza Latina CHANGES to Salsa Latina - We have just changed our studio name for advertising reasons to "Salsa Latina" and we will soon be getting bigger, our studio will expand into 3 areas all next to each other, most of the major changes will be done by beginning to mid September. - Studio 1 - The main Studio where all the main classes are held currently - Studio 2 - (NEW) Common Area & Fitness Studio, carpeted floor (now open) - Studio 3 - (NEW) Dance Practice Studio & Small classes, new wooden floor

Totally Fun filled and hot. Drink and dance the night away. Every Thursday night at the (Next Door) previously known as the Loaded Hog. Come down and have a look, a drink and have a dance! Anyone can come, this night is for everybody at all levels, dancers and non-dancers.

Learn all the basics of Merengue and new combo each week along with the salsa basic step. Register online & come any week you want, it a drop-in class and you can do as many as you like. Bachata 4 Week open level Course Information: If you haven't tried Bachata before, join this open level 4 week course, its for everyone including absolute beginners. Learn Bachata basics, style and technique. What is Bachata? It's another fun Latin Dance that originates from the Dominican Republic, just like Merengue, find out more here>

Bachata Intemediate Class: Continuous class to join anytime Intermediate (all levels - Imp Int & Advanced). Once you have completed the bachata open level course, or have done beginners Bachata. You may join this open level Intermediate Bachata Class. You can join at any point as there is no start date, these are new bachata combos each week.

Train with some of the best salsa dancers in New Zealand to perform or to learn about how to perform and learn a salsa routine which will develop your salsa tremendously! Learn and have the oppertunity to perform and compete in Salsa competitions, Congresses and more, with Salsa Sabrosa. We are always on the look out for new dance partners male & female. Must be keen to take it a level further into couple competition & and possibly train to teach.

Level you will need to know some salsa, but not essential if you have done form of dance training in the past.

New Timing Salsa CD or Mp3 Set (2009) contains essential timing, rhythms & music for salsa dancers. it's for beginners to advanced levels. It contains counts so you can get used to stepping in time with salsa and give you not only music to practice to, but knowledge of how salsa music is constructed, so you can become a better dancer.
