Salsa Intermediate expanding syllabus, NEW sections, changes to the intermediate class effective from now, even the first sections A,B,C&D have changed also. This is a new 12x4 week (1 year programme). With new moves, new combos, new fundamentals, more dips. These 4 week courses are now constructed in 12 sections, (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L). Totally Fun filled and hot. Drink and dance the night away. Every Thursday night at the (Next Door) previously known as the Loaded Hog. Come down and have a look, a drink and have a dance! Anyone can come, this night is for everybody at all levels, dancers and non-dancers.

FREE Intro dance Class - 8:30pm-9:15pm, Drop in any Thursday for a Free class. It's for everyone & anyone, all levels! Intros to different styles of dances including, Zouk, Bachata, Salsa, Merengue & Cha. Come down for an open level fun free class lasting 45mins - 1hour. You're welcome to come in before 8:30pm and warm up with a Beer or Wine. After the class finishes carry on dancing the night away till late. So drag some friends down for some fun!

Music & DJ - Top DJ (Reuben Salsa Latina) playing the latest & greatest Latin Music including - Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cha, Zouk & Bachata.

Bachata Moderna (NEW) 4 Week open level Course Info: If you haven't tried Bachata before, join this open level 4 week course, its for everyone including absolute beginners. Learn Bachata basics, style & technique, plus some new moderna Bachata that has just been included in this syllabus. What is Bachata? Bachata Moderna & Traditional Intemediate Class: Continuous class to join anytime - Intermediate (all levels - Imp Int & Advanced). Once you have completed the bachata open level course, or have done beginners Bachata. You may join this open level Intermediate Bachata Class. You can join at any point as there is no start date, these are new bachata combos each week. NOTE: Bachata Moderna is "Tango" influenced Bachata.

Ladies Latin Styling Workshop with Masha Footwork/foot placement Spinning & Turning Arms & Hands Body movement + super stylish, elegant & sexy shines with influences from other dance styles.

Masha represented her native country of Slovenia as an elite rhythmic gymnast before relocating to New Zealand. Since the age of 4, Masha has been dancing ballet, jazz, Latin American Dance Sport and contemporary dance. In return she now has over 20+ years of disciplined dance training with immaculate dance and gymnastic techniques. Masha is an incredibly passionate dancer, performer and instructor. In fact so passionate that she took her dancing to an academic level. She studied Physiology, Nutrition and Anatomy as part of the Bachelor of Dance degree at Auckland University of Technology in 2001. Besides receiving numerous awards in rhythmic gymnastics in Europe, Masha also has a NZ Latin American Dancesport title. New Timing Salsa CD or Mp3 Set (2009) contains essential timing, rhythms & music for salsa dancers. it's for beginners to advanced levels. It contains counts so you can get used to stepping in time with salsa and give you not only music to practice to, but knowledge of how salsa music is constructed, so you can become a better dancer.
