Free Latin Dance Intro Classes - 8:30pm (Diamond bar only) Half hour Free Dance class for all levels. Salsa Class (Linear salsa On1) Salsa Fundamentals. This is the most important level you will ever learn, its the foundation to linear salsa. It's worth repeating this level no matter what level you are, Improver, Intermediate or Advanced you can still improve your foundation. It's highly recommended you have completed 8 weeks of beginners class before joining this level. Remember if you find our intermediate a struggle, do this level as well as intermediate to help. You will pick up more details second or third time round, no matter what level you are.

Salsa Class (Linear salsa On1) You will learn - More Fundamentals and beyond. Also learn variations, combos, turn patterns, dips, techniques & styling. Duration: Join any time after the Improvers course and then complete a total of 1 year in Intermediate. Each of the Sections (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L) all 4 week courses. You can join on week#1 on any of these sections as you finish Improver levels. Once you have completed all of the sections in' any' order you may be able to progress to the Upper Intermediate level on Monday at 8:30pm

Salsa On2 Class Start Date: Wed 17th Feb 2010 - 7:30pm (4 week course)

Salsa On2 - 4 week Open Level Course Info: Mambo is basically Salsa danced on the On2 count. This style of salsa dancing originated in New York and has taken the world by storm. Mambo has a very smooth feel to it compared to Salsa On1, so come learn how to dance Salsa in a new way.

You will also learn: How to convert Salsa On1 to Salsa On2 How the On2 Rhythms work New, cool, groovy fun combos.

Level: Open to any level from Beginners to Advanced. This is a conversion course from On1 to On2 & would pay to have done some Salsa On1 classes on Monday or Tuesday beginners and beyond.

Hannah is a Christchurch based oriental Belly dancer. From an early age she has always been involved in some sort of dance starting with gymnastics then Jazz ballet but nothing seemed more natural to her as Belly dancing, her creative and graceful belly dance style will surely add excitement to your party!. About the Auditioning: • We will be running auditions as we would run a salsa class but with a close watch. • A combo from a routine will be demonstrated and we may partner you with someone and swap partners. Note that this will be recorded on video for our reference. • Some of the current Salsa Sabrosa team will also be assisting and participating. • Please be aware that you may learn 'performance moves' such as neck-drops, slides and lifts are for performing and are not meant to be used for social dancing. Reggaeton has proved to be so popular, instead of just monthly classes, Zumba New Zealand will now be hosting Reggaeton on a weekly basis! This is going to be the hottest Friday night party!
